Booking fee policy
We will ask for a booking fee for every service once booked. The booking fee will depend on the service that has been booked and will be arranged with the individual on the day of booking. The booking fee is non-refundable within 24 hours of the services being carried out.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is in place in the event of a customer having to cancel their booking. With more than 24 hours notice prior to the work being done, the customer will be refunded 100% of their booking fee. However, with less than 24 hours notice or a no-show, the booking fee will be non-refundable.
